About the Course Author

Harshita Soni, founder of Place of Breath, started her journey in yoga in 2012 with the intention of building more flexibility, stamina and strength as a dancer. Over the years, she experienced the true healing powers of yoga for therapy and for personal transformation that compelled her to start teaching. As a yoga therapist, she specialises in one-on-one lessons for various respiratory, músculo-skeletal, neurological, psychological, auto-immune, cardiac, digestive and menstrual conditions, chronic pains & self-discovery. She is a RYT 500 certified Yoga Acharya, a diploma holder in Kuchipudi & a passionate environmentalist.
